She later trained under the guidance of Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan and Ustad Amir Khan. Haimanti Shukla has performed in many prestigious music festivals in India and abroad. She has also composed music for several films and television serials. She has also released several albums, including 'Haimanti Shukla Live in Concert' and 'Haimanti Shukla: The Voice of India'. Haimanti Shukla is married to the late Pandit Gopal Krishna Shukla and has two sons. She currently resides in Mumbai, India.
